What is the parking situation like?
The following options are available at this time:
Public parking lot – obey parking signage
2729 N. 61st St.
On-street parking
For Maple Street and Military Avenue parking stalls:
2-hour maximum from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
No time restriction between 5:00 pm and 2:00 am
No parking between 2:00 am and 6:00 am
What is the venue capacity
We can comfortably seat 75 guests. We are also handicap accessible
How long do I get for the rental?
Our goal is to accommodate different types of events, so we have options of renting by hour or day rates. Day rates are 9am- 11pm. Contact us for more information!
How do I secure my date?
To secure your date we ask for a 50% deposit that will apply towards your remaining balance.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand life happens! In the event that you have to cancel your event:
You may cancel any time up to 90 days prior to the Event Date for a full refund.
If the event is cancelled between 89 and 30 days prior to the event date, you will be charged 50% of the rental costs.
For cancellations 29 days prior to event date, you will be charged 100% of the rental costs.
What is included in my rental?
We offer options of round or rectangular tables, chairs and white linens. If you would like something custom, we can manage your linen order. You will need to provide tableware. Set up and tear down is included if you book our event design services.
Do you have a vendor policy?
We have a list of vendors we love working with if you need suggestions, but outside catering and alcohol is welcome after approval!
